Oki C9600 Blank pages

I support a few of these models, and I have checked everything that the service manual suggested short of replacing parts. All of my experience is with HP and Kyocera printers. I know when you have blank pages/missing colors on a Kyocera FS-C5030, the LED Relay board is the likely culprit. It looks like Oki put all of the LED write circuitry on the engine PWB?

Anyone have any insight?

Well, got it figured out. The covers that are supposed to swing open to expose the LED write heads was not opening due to a broken gear.

Something to check for in the future.
