I'm having trouble enabling the network controller services on a Xerox WorkCentre C3545. I can enter the tools menu but everything even remotely dealing with networking (including printer status reports) are greyed out because networking services are not enabled. The printer was fully functional up until a brief power outage. I have unplugged the CAT5 and power to the machine for ~3 minutes and have done a software reset to no avail. Resetting the Network Controller is not available. On power up it checks the network controller for some time and then will state that it is not available. The lights on the network controller show link and activity.
