Part of this may be a repeat. I'm servicing one of these copiers. I ordered the toner for this copier under the Sharp brand and found out that a Sharp toner cartridge and an Imagistics toner cartridge are not the same. I have resolved my problem yet I was wondering are the crum chips on these cartridges available??? I know they sale the devices that I could reset the chip myself but I can't see myself spending that kind of money for one copier.
