    imagistics 3511 error H5-01

    Hi all, needed help in figuring out what this error is and how do i fix it. When I turn the power on, it gives me this error H5-01...its an imagistics 3511....thanks in advance.

    Thanks oce Bill, I checked for jams, couldn't find one...how do I reset with SIM14...Do you know where I can find a service manual for this machine?

            Thanks oce Bill, got the machine working again.....I was looking for the handy guide that you had posted earlier...in case I need to reset other codes... thanks.

              Where i s the PDF file to tell you how to reset? I tried just entering ca-#/p-*-C-*.
              The keyboard appears to be locked??
