Hi ,
In TDS 400 when I try to select paper thickenss for Paper only option is 75 gsm is there any patch or firmware to add 110 gsm option

That option(110gsm) is only present for transparent media

You should be able to run media that is fairly thick through those machines. I have had clients run 30lb bond before and it worked, but just be aware that it may jam due to the curl on those thicker papers.
