Are you able to connect to the server that you want to scan to via the service mode? By this I mean have you tried logging into the controller with remote desktop, or through the GUI on the controller and connecting to the system that you think the share is on. Often times you also need to enable the SMB protocol in the settings editor application if it hasn't been already. When I was supporting these machines I found it was much easier to keep them from losing connection if you just used FTP. Also if you want to scan to file but you are still unable to get these files off the controller you can connect to the controller from your remote system and there will be shared folders that have your scans. This problem is pretty frustrating, but being that many of my calls were for this issue I would be happy to walk you through resolving it if necessary. Do you have the manual.
    Good Luck!

I can not connect by remote desktop, because I
Not access to the Windows part of the controller. i
is not the password, it can be done differently?

If you are using a windows pc type in your run line the following information \\ip address of controller not the name sometimes the names are hard to resolve. If you put that info in the workstations run line you should see an explorer window with a folder labled temp. If you click on that folder you will eventully find the scans folder. Have you tried to scan to a FTP destination? It should be relatively straight forward to set-up. I would use something like filezilla to run your FTP server. It's a free FTP server with good documentation.
