mpc 2500. reset all pcu's

Just had a collegue phone me up and he went out to a mpc 2500with original fault of sc553. Once he checked the fuser and found nothing wrong he reset the code.
Now since then he is getting a constant message to reset all 4 colour pcu's and saying theres no toner in any of the bottles?!?!

any ideas?

Sorry, just realised I wrote reset when actually the machine is asking to re-seat the pcu's and toners!!
