epson lq570+ paper sizing adjustment

My customer wants to use forms that are 7" long, and the normal 8.5" wide...in the operators manual it doesnt give a 7" setting is there a work around for odd lenght paper...I dont want to have to take the printer back...

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!
