Anybody know how to disable the thickness sensor on a Illumina keep getting a paper thick error on envelopes that i have ran many time in the past???

I've tried to adjust the thickness sensor using the special adjustment sheets a few times but that did't work. When you replace the registration unit, you also replace the thickness sensor. The thickness sensor doesn't need adjustment when you replace the registration unit. It is adjusted in the factory.
