Pitney Bowes DL650 copies/prints very light. Only 78k on copier

Customer called and ordered toner. We delivered new toner to them. They called back saying the copies and prints are still very light, image is not filled in dark. It was doing it before new toner and they thought it was just out of toner. They have 78k copies on it and I know the PM is done at 250k. I have not been out on it yet but just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. Could the developer be old just due to age? Or is there a problem with this cycling toner. Thank you for any suggestions.

Found the prob.

I went out on this call. It ended up being they had rotated the lever for the transfer corona assbly to far to the right, so the assbly was not close enough to the drum.
Hope this helps another tech.
