    SAMSUNG ML-1610 printer

    no green light
    no error light(red)

    maybe need to upgrade firmware
    anyone here pls email to me any firmware update utility for samsung ml-1610..

      What makes you think that you need firmware? You don't even know what the error is.

      Start by downloading Smart Panel, and installing it on your laptop. Then you'll know what you are dealing with. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          my technican already update firmware using ml-1640 firmware..
          he thought ml-1610 & ml-1640 using same firmware..
          smart panel & dr printer even my pc recognise this ml-1610 as ml-1640..

              So it sounds like you need to solve your firmware problem first. Then you can determine the original error, that you were out to solve in the first place. =^..^=
