factory defeult password for a imagistics cm 3120

    Hi
I bought an Imagistics cm3120 copier, and need to change the ip address, but cant enter that part of the system without a password, which someone seems to have re-set to I dont know what.
Is there a factory universal password that I can use to either turn off password protection , or change the password to one that I enter?
I have tried 0000, 1234, admin, sysadm, fiery 1through5, and none worked and cant find ANY info on this online or in the users manuals...
thanks for any help you can offer
    Dave

Shouldn't be there an option to set the machine to it's factory settings?

I am sure there is a way to re-set to factory settings, but I haven't found a way to get to that either, probably need a password to get to that section as well. I had an IT guy here networking my office, and he couldn't finish the job because we couldnt change the ip address on the copier, becase mostly all the admistration functions are password protected !!

Imagistics cm3120 printer driver installation issue

I just got this Imagistics cm3120 copier and completed the installation process. Unable to print a test page but able to ping it. Using the IP address, I can see that the fiery is installed as I see every info of the copier e.g. fusing unit needs to be replaced soon: http://192.168.1.66/psl/cgi-bin/index.cgi.

I don't know the admin password so I can't do a webtool installation. Can anyone help me to do it right?
I just can't print from my computer. I am now using it as a copier.
By the way, I have set every IP address as 192.168.1.66,
