    KonMin Fax2900

    I have a customer with a KonMin fax2900 and intermittently they are revieving faxes that have the tops of lines cut off. It seems to happen randomly, not always the same sending machine. I am attaching a couple samples. I have circled some of the bad areas. Any help would be appreciated.

      we had one account doing roughly the same thing but to a greater extent and it ended up being the phone line. have that checked first and see if that helps.
