Epson Aculaser C3000 Error

Hi, wondering if anybody can help, i have a epson al-c3000 withe an error 101 code that apears frequently the error seems to go away after powering off/on but then returns at random intervals, i haven't had any luck in trying to find out what the code even refers to.

Please Help !
