    Imagistics cm 3530

    I have a problem with one of these boxes not printing at all. Not even a test page when I hook my laptop up to it via a crossover cable. All I get is the data light flashing and that's it. Sometimes I've noticed the box locks up as well. Could this be a bad HD? I did notice it had a Western Digital 80gig drive in it?

    I'm sure if I replace the drive I'll have to format it. But how? Is it in 05 mode? (this seems to be a Toshiba box) I haven't worked on a Toshiba digital box since like back in the 6838 days of Lanier!!! (very old)

    Anyone got some input?
    Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          Does the copier have the correct control dongle? If it is the plain jane, no can print.
