A fellow tech replaced toner on an IM 5530 with Toshiba E520 toner. The tabs were different (180 degrees off) on the bottles, but he found a way to adapt the bottle and get the bottle in. Now the machine has an CA10 error. Is the e520 toner different than the im5530? Looks like the im 5530, e520 and Sharp AR-651 are all the same box. Anyone have any input? I believe CA10 is a laser error. Could this error be related to incorrect toner or is it his bad luck to pop a CA10 error just after the toner add?
