OCE 3165 with error code M4537

    Hello everyone

I have a client with a Oce 3165 copier with a error code M4537 that appeared after it was relocated to a new location. I don't have a Service manual so I have no idea on how to clear the code or what it means. I would be grateful for any help.

    Thanks

Oh I see, I did notice when I turned on the machine the scanner would cycle in and out of the home position. I wonder also if the service manual is available in PDF format?

      Thanks for the help.

Mirror 1 has been known to get knocked out of position and cause this error.

Seeing how the machine was just moved, that kinda sounds like a good possibility.

Sorry, no banana on the service manual, though. Maybe The Internet's largest collection of manuals has it available.

If you're going to have to maintain this archaic beast (sorry, but it's REALLY old ), the $12.00 would be more than worth it.
