Misalignment Epson DFX-9000

Hi
I am having a problem with my Epson DFX-9000 printer and i need help urgently.The printer can print two first cheques properly there after it starts printing on top of the boxes where it is surpose to print inside.If there is some one who once come across this problem maybe u can help me as to reset this printer permanently or if there is someone with a service manual u can email it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com.
