[Error Code] epson stylus pro 4450 counter reset

i'm trying to fix an epson stylus pro 4450 with an 00000101 service code, which i understand to mean carriage motor/ink tube end of life. I've been able to get into the service menu by pressing the first three arrow keys, but there is not clear counters option, only view. Does anyone know how to reset this counter?

You need a utility program to reset the counter. Their around.

I do have a utility program, version 4.3, but it doesn't seem to include the Pro 4450. Any ideas of another program? or where to get it?
