[Error Code] Epson Aculaser C2600

Dear Forum
I have the above printer which, after having a new photoconductor unit installed, now comes up with the following error message each time it is switched-on.

Service req E096

Please can anyone advise what step or steps I would need to take in order to get the printer working again.

If you can assist in this matter I would be grateful.
