[Misc] Need Part Manual for Okidata C9600

Got a broken coupler for the waste, but can't ID the part from descriptions.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, how do you all feel about this machine? Is it doable with a service agreement?

Thanks much, and Happy New Year (hope it's better than 2010!)!!!

Part number : 43589701 - Gear Coupling Kit

If you want to offer your customer a service agreement, Oki offers a whole line of printers based on existing models. I think in the US they call it the ProColor-series. Here in the Netherlands they're called the ES-series. The drums/toners are cheaper so you can bill the customer per page, just like a copier contract.

      Parts Manuals : http://www.oki.nl/support/printer/sp...tcm:71-3610-16
(It's a Dutch Oki site but a lot of it is in the English language).

And a very Happy New Year to you too!

I'm not. In his post he said "need part manual..." I was pointing him in the way of getting a parts manual. Glad you helped him, now drop it.

I was a bit agitated. Sorry...

Thanks, guys...found the manual online no charge. And, yes, that is the part number.

                Cheers!
