Any help with plotting problems on Oce 9400II?

I'm having a couple of issues with my Oce plotter. When I try to print a 24" x 36" portrait image it won't give me the trailing edge. It essentially cuts off the excess empty portion of the page for some reason. Anyone have any advice on the driver settings I need to get this to quit happenning.
The other problem I think is related. There are times where it will print the image landscape and acutally put it on a 24" x 36" portrait sheet.

it seems like u have frames who are little too big in most cases, so MKII's framing is cutting the drawing, u can add some mm/inch i paperlenght in the driver or make a smaller frame.
