sorry my fault... i lost the network menu,(Unfortunelly I click flash format in sm. Now I don't have network settings in menu.)

Every time I wonder why people do a flash format, or perform memory clear without a backup. The service manual clearly states : "Do not use this in the field!"

Hi all,

My problem has been solved thanks to Sunshine.

If anyone has the same problem only need Hostif.exe program and firmware to send to the printer by following these steps:

1. Connect the printer via USB and run the program HostIF.exe

2. Select Connection> If Connection> USB, the printer name Should Appear (C5600/C5800)

3. Select File Management> Block Transmission> FileSelection and load PJL_p0801_w0801_cA201_aA201.bin (or the name of your firmware file)

4. Select transmission and the file will be sent to the printer.

5. LCD will display "Data Arrive" then "FW Loading". Eventually The LCD will return to "On_Line".

6. Power cycle the printer.
