The second button on the right hand side of the control panel is the "Language Selection" button. Press it. change the language.

i dont know whether i am asking too much but if you can assist me with disabling accounts track and authentication.and how to get into tech mode i will realy appreciate.

This copier is a Ricoh Aficio 2090. The Ricoh Forum is full of answers on this. Tech Mode is "Clear Modes" 1,0,7 then hold down "Clear/Stop" for a few seconds.
