    [Misc] KM C200

    HI ; An issue with the C200 , machine will not auto size the paper in the 1st cassette when i switch from A4 to A3 etc.Works finr if I set size from the control panel .
    All guides and sensors on the tray and machine seem to be working plus I've updated the firmware to the most current ver.
    Any ideas?
    Don't expect the unexpected...............It ruins the surprise !!!!

      In Microsoft Windows, open Printer Properties and select the Advanced tab and clear the check box for Hold mismatched documents

          It's not just on printing but on copying also.
          No matter what paper is set in tray 1 it wont auto size , i have to manually set paper size each time.
          Don't expect the unexpected...............It ruins the surprise !!!!

              make sure there is no paper left inside the machine. remove the tray and look at the end of it

                  I believe you can tell the machine not to auto select certain trays. I believe its in admin mode under tray setting.
                  Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
