hp 9850mfp error sc30-02, sc 45-20

I have 2 machines of hp 9850mfp equivalent model of km bizhub pro c500, one giving error sc 30-02, which was working fine and developed this error after doing pm, the manual says problem with separation hvt, re[laced the same but in vain.

in another machine, error sc 45-20, the problem with color registration, performed whatever stated in the manual and of no use, any tips pls?

does anybody can help in for the latest firmware and isw for the said machine? thanks in advance.

the machine with error code sc30-02 is ready now, problem with the separation housing cable, the damage not visible outside, machine works fine
