Oki c9600 eeprom

Hello!
Can anybody help.
EEPROM has been replaced and according to SM it must be activated with PJL command.
Very argent need pjl_ship.bin and pjl_reboot.bin files.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Sorry, due to very bad OKI service/support, I just give up on OKI at all.
