    OKI ES3640e / C9800 prints blank pages between a run of x-copies

    I have a problem with a OKI ES3640e.

When i send a single-sheet printjob of 100 sheets, i will get 100 sheets out of the printer. (there are no double paper feeds in this job) But a few (mostly between 1 and 10) are blank.

Does anyone know a solution or cause for this malfunction?

I dont know if it happens from any app. But it seems te be the PS driver that have this effect. With PCL afaik it doesn't.

Apps that have this issue are: adobe reader, adobe acrobat, adobe indesign, msWord, Pagemaker, Publisher, OO and others. So, it seems like it would be from any app.

Check the drumcartridge contacts. Maybe they're somewhat bent.
