If it is actually a "ding" in the drum not a lot you can do. I have tried using clear fingernail polish and you must be VERY careful not to make the spot larger by smearing the polish on the surface but it does work and it will make a white or blank spot instead of black.
If it is a very light mark on the drum surface you can also try polishing it out with drum polish or a good grade of auto wax, not a rubbing compound just wax which I have also used successfully, but you are going to need a lot of luck to do either.

Actually I tested the First Suggestion. But with A little Diffrence. One Of my friend Said to me That You Can Pick a little surface from the old drum and attach it to the new drum . i do this . and my point seems white .my friend said beneftit of this solution is after working some copy meter it converts from a point to a little narrow line.
      Thanks For Your Help.
