Oki C7100

Hi
Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem of a printer Oki C7100? "Toner sensor error". I've already cleaned everything but the problem continues on at least 2 colors. Is there a reset?

- Blue lever on the toner cartidge is not in the correct position,
- Toner sensor in the drum unit defective.

There's no reset for this error. You can swap the drum/toner units to see if the error moves with it. If the error moves, you can replace the affected drum. If not, the sensors that detect the toner can be defective.
