HP CM8060 Quality Issue

Hello everybody,

If you would be so kind to help me I would be much appreciative...
Hopefully you can help with this particular issue

If you need me to provide some further diagnoses information i can get it very quickly.

Attached is a scanned image of the service mode print out of 'all colors" which displays the quality issue in the most detail.

There is also a warning ! on PEN 3 showing up, not sure if it is the cause of this though


Hopefully you can help me to fault find this machine.

Please don't spam my thread with Manual links. This is not of any assistance as I already have the service manuals.

I am hoping that someone can assist in point me in the right direction / area of the machine.

At this point i have diagnosed the print heads to be at fault. I have ordered a new set for both carriages.
