Oki CX33641 jamming

I have a customer with a CX3641 that has alot of jamming.The error log on this machine is useless.I have the customer recording the jam and codes that go with them.The codes are all over the place.The most common is 382...thou 380 shows up and some 573(cant find that code yet)They are high volume and they dont run the best paper.I am wondering if this machine just jams more than some.

Replace the rollers of each paper tray. The last for about 100k.
