I would like to seek help if any of you have experienced using Cartadis with HP Printers. If you do, I will most happy if
you can shed some light on the set up.
I have installed the TCP2 to the printer together with a PC( workStation) and everything work fine. Meaning when I hit the
print key there is a poo-up menu seeking for me to insert the card ( top up or value card). And the number of copies indicated
on the screen showing the cost per page and value/balance after the print.
The print job is fine except that the page count is NOT deducted. Can anyone please tell / share with me how to configure
the card reader / value card.
