hello! I have a client who needs to scan in jpg format, the machine has default scan as text and save it as a tiff file, use the ScanRouter v2, the MP C4500 is a machine, or from the Web, or from the user could modify tools, thank you for your help

C4500 will not work with Scanrouter. You need to set up scan to folder using either the SMB protocol, or Scan to email. With due respect, It sounds like you may be in over your head, but you can access the web monitor via the ip address of the copier then login with
Username: admin
Password: (leave blank)
* unless they`ve been changed previously
Once there, you can make the necessary settings in the address book and elsewhere under configuration, depending on how you want it configured. A step-by-step configuration is just not practical here. You may need someone with some experience on this
