[Error Code] Imagistics 2050 Fax error code 021

I have a problem with imagestics (Pitney Bowes) 2050 fax machine error code 021.
I replaced fuser unit . but I dont' know that how to reset this error code 021
please help anybody .........

Try this reset:
Press "Function"
Press "7"
Press "Monitor" 4 times slowly
Press "*"
Then press "7"
Select LBP Fuser Reset
Press "Start or Set"
Fax should reboot.

But this M/C is there is no function key. because it's LCD touch control pannel M/C.
It's very old M/C. I think Since 1990.... there are only ten keys button. and start , stop , voice, clear Button.
I couldn't found any function key(Just set up LCD touch s/w). any other s/w is lcd touch button. I know that same as panafax .
but I don't know which panafax madel is same.
any way I appreciat it .
