Dell 2335N/NO POWER

Only thing coming on machine is 3 fan motors on right side of machine,pulsing on and off every second.Also hear a slight hising sound with same pulsing frequentcy.Took off panel and saw what I think is AC pwer supply board which I suspect is the problem. Any one with experience on this machine because help is sure appreciated. Any suggestions and If you think its AC PSB as I do ,where can I order one from.

Have you checked voltages with the schematic? Sounds like a power supply but it should be easy to confirm.
