Only Oce can reset this machine as the SST in on their laptops and not on the machine. -

Seriously, a M410 code? In my experience with Oce, they flash a 5 digit code (if the error starts with a zero they'll drop it, resulting in a 4 digit code). I mistyped, It was , (I believe) a 4101 error code... When I was cleaning the optics, I turned on the machine without having the scanner in the home position. Had to reset in service mode and did not have any manuals... Someone sent me the directions on getting into service mode. Do you know where I could get the parts and service manuals ?...
