[Jamming] speed failure in OCE TDS300 mfs printer

    Dear all,

One of my client facing "speed failure" error in display with his OCE TDS300 printer.

    I checked the following,
Checked paper path, and changed input output sensors, from my another stand by machine(which is good condition)
Checked and changed paper roll supported bearing
checked gears engagement properly between developer assy and cleaning assembly
checked and changed main drive motor
    checked belt and drive section

As i am a x oce service engineer, i checked all suspected area for find the problem.... but unfortunately the problem still exist????

is any one can help me???

I had an issue once which turned out to be paper roll. Why dont you swap the paper roll and check.
a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one

The paper transport in the PRD

The main controller 22PBA01 drives the drive motor upper roll 12M1(right hand side) or the drive motor lower roll 12M2 (left side) (FEDMOCLK, FEDMODIR, FEDMOEN) via the roll unit control PBA 12PBA01
The upper roll or the lower roll is selected by means of the signal FEDMORE. This signal activates or de-activates the relays K3 and K4 on the roll unit control PBA 12PBA01, and thereby select the drive motor upper roll 12M1 or the drive motor lower roll 12M2. The paper will be retracted when the other roll is selected.
The length which has to be cut, is converted into a specific number of pulses for the drive motor upper roll 12M1 (drive motor lower roll 12M2). The counting of this number of pulses starts when the paper has reached the lead sensor 12B3. When the paper is already at the knife position, the distance between the knife and the lead sensor 12B3 is taken into account. Several factors influence the length of the cut paper:

When the diameter of the feedrollers is different for every machine, either more, or less paper will be transported for the same number of pulses. This can be corrected by means of an adjustment.
When the distance between lead sensor 12B3 and knife is different for every machine, the cut length will differ per machine. This can be corrected by means of an adjustment.
When a print is made, the moment of synchronization of the image and the paper of the roll is started when the paper of the roll activates the paper input sensor 15B2 (just before the photoconductor). This can be different for every machine, and can therefore have an effect on the head margin. This can be corrected by means of an adjustment.

        Paper roll empty detection
The core of the paper roll rotates during copying. A pulse-disc, the upper roll RUN sensor 12B4 ( lower roll RUN sensor 12B5) is driven by the core. As long as the core rotates, pulses are generated. When no more pulses are generated,
        - then the roll is empty, or
        - the paper is connected to the core, or
        - the paper is too loose on the core (bulge).
In these cases an end of roll signal is generated.

        Doorswitches paper roll drawer
When a drawer is opened, door switch upper roll 12S1 or door switch lower roll 12S2 is interrupted. Relay K5 on the roll unit control PBA 12PBA01 is de-activated and the 24V and the 5V are switched off. In the case of a 1 roll configuration, there is no door switch lower roll 12S2. Therefore there is a jumper connection between
        - X6 pins 1-2 and X6 pins 3-4.
        - X7 pins 2-3
