HP 4730 jamming only when duplexing

I have had the issue of the 4730 printer jamming on duplex, has anyone come across this or no a fix?

On this model, does the fuser reverse to send paper into the duplex. It is that way on a lot of HPs. Fuser sticking a little during this process can cause jamming.

Is this one of the models that have the rubber noise reduction pads on the solenoids that get sticky and stall the gates? I had that problem for the first time a while back on a machine (don't remember the model number), and I beat my brains out before I found that answer by searching the HP printer discussion here.
