Help me- epsson LQ-300+II problem

Hi everybody,
epsson LQ-300+II has problem as folows:
When power turn on, the printer beeps five long sound, and these indicator flasing:
-Tear off (3 indicators)
-Pause
-Paper out.
Pls.help me !!!

Hello,
this is from Manual:

Turn the printer off and
then on again. When the
Problem does not resolve, can
check the device to a
possible paper jam or
Bound ribbon. If there is no
Jammed paper jam or ribbon
home, consult your
Dealer or an authorized
Service technician. (If the
Switch between single sheets of paper
continuous paper and an error occurs,
check the setting of
Paper selection lever.)

Printing sluggish, check this. Good Luck
