[Misc] Hp 4350

I've got a problem. I had to replace the DC controller board on a Hp 4350, original page count was 14,257. The replacement DC controller board is stating 267,241 on the usage page count. I need to wipe the DC controller board to get the original page count back on their. Normally the formatter is suppose to transfer all the data over, however it is NOT working. Can anyone please tell me how to wipe this board off to indicate the proper page count on it? Again the original page count is 14,257.

Thanks for the input, however I've already entered the pin code and changed the page count. The situation is with the DC controller board, that stupid thing keeps printing the page count it had before which is 267,241. I am able to change the page count on the config. page, but the usage page keeps printing the 267,241 page count. I need to clear this usage count. Can anyone please help me!!! I may end up in a nut house if I can't get a solution! NO JOKE!

Try updating the firmware, once done, go back into the service menu and try again.
