[Error Code] MAGICOLOR PAGEPRO 5650EN

dear all,

i am facing a problem with pagepro 5650en, error (toner out) and we have fixed new toner in it, but still the same problem after checking the manual too, but with no luck.

Any one expert can help??????

Us experts need to know, Is it the Magicolor or the pagepro??????
color or black and white?

clean and look for damage on the toner sensor inside machine. Are you using genuine KM toner? Take old cartridge and place in machine. Does the machine cycle and then come back to toner out? Is it the correct cartridge? Pagepro 4650 toners look alot alike and will give you an error.
