I have been having this happening at some school locations they are running mac 10.5 and 10.6 it only prints 1 line ( stack error) and no history of where it was printed from the only way to get it to print is to turn off the machine and turn it back on then it will print okay I have kyoceras and laniers printing fine in these location. Tech support say it is a corrupt file if thats the case why not on the other brands? any ideas I am not a mac pro
