I have posted this error before about the 4730 jamming but no replies. I now have an update on a bit of info. When I change the duplex unit out and put it into a different 4730, it worked fine. when i put it back into the first machine i noticed that the rollers in the duplex unit arent turning when the pages are ready to go through. Has anyone seen this before? is it connection problem? Please help im at a pure loss.
