Good afternoon brothers what causes a canon ir 1570 F when you print through a CPU it prints,or a test page it prints, but photocopying it brings plain copy what could the problem.help me on that

Does the exposure lamp light?.
Most digital machines produce a white page rather than a solid black analogue sky shot

the exposure light it is okay, but i replaced the fixing film so after that things went wrong what could be the problem.
