Could anyone give me some pointers on how to get the image unit out of this machine. I have the manual but I am missing something.

Remove front cover and inner cover over TTF Clear cover with three screws, under this there are two 5.5mm screws, you will need a box spanner for this, one to the left of the large black handle, and the other to the right ( they are 5.5mm heads but attanced to rods which go through the ttf and anchor on the rear of the machine. disconnect the connectors to the right of the ttf and pull out with the handle,
Thats the easy bit when you come to reinstall the unit push bak in and reconnect the connectors,put pressure on the handle and swt on the machine. when the machine fires up keep pressure on the ttf and it should find its home position ( Click further in to the machine )
tighten the 5.5mm bolts and you should be sorter. Have you taken of the back panel of the machine, there should be a bottle of coolant in the back cover? -

Thankyou so much for taking the time to write that out. I been having a problem getting my head wrapped around this machine. Kind of an odd ball copier but really work GREAT. I was having problems finding the "LOCKING" screws on either side if the handle but thanks to you I got it. The bottle of coolant on the back of the machine was empty but thinking that the glue cleaning system really needs it and am going to get some... Thanks again so much...Comment
