[Error Code] Risograph gr3750 disposal box errors!

lets get right to it:

i recently bought a used risograph copy duplicator, model gr3770. the machine seems to think that the disposal box needs to be emptied of the used masters, however the box is empty... i was able to locate two sets of sensors and clean them thoroughly. i also took a volt meter and checked the diodes, which seemed to be in working order. any other suggestions?

the machine worked great before this little issue popped up. however, the machine would fill up the disposal box and never give me an error message to empty the box. so disposed masters ended up building up and jamming the machine. once the machine was thoroughly jammed the error message showed up, and will not go away.

I have this same problem on my GR3750. When I disconnected all master sensors and tried again, the machine worked until the disposal box filled again and message persisted again. Could it be a sensor problem? I have cleaned them thoroughly though.
