Okidata C9650 randomly missing colors.

The printer do not want to print colors randomly, it will miss yellow or magenta and some time will not print black or blue, I did replaced transfer belt, toners, all image drums and still does not print properly.
I'm including a couple of examples. One test page in blue and other missing red in half of page.

Help please.
