imagistics cm2520 close section properly

I'm getting a message on the display to "close section properly" and the image shows the right door as being open. The door is not open, I've opened and closed, powered on and off and did the reset etc. and still the message remains. Any help is appreciated.

Is it showing the smaller right hand duplex door or the larger main door?
If the duplex door, there is a foam pad on the inside of the top back corner, on the sensor actuator that has become worn, causing the door witchnose to not fully activate the sensor. Press in on that corner and it should show closed while pressing on it.

If the main door, there is a metal arm inside the front corner of the machine that the door presses in on to tell it it's closed. You may need to bend the arm out a bit to allow it to activate better.

Thank you kronical. I had already fixed it, but it was the metal arm not making contact.
