Rimage 2000i 7558 error...printer off

I have checked the power connections etc. cleaned the encoder strip, wheel and ink sensor. What I get on the printers disply is the printer is off error and if I try to print to it I get its off or asleep and a 7558 error
Any ideas

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!
